If you are unsatisfied with the product, we sincerely apologize that it did not meet your expectations. To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must have tried the product for 21 consecutive days as directed.
  • This requirement means the 16oz size must have been purchased, as smaller sizes do not provide a full 21-day supply.
  • The 100% Cash Back Guarantee applies only to the 16oz B-Complex with Potassium product.

Refund Eligibility & Limitations

  • The 100% Cash Back Guarantee is limited to the purchase price of the product only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A return processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Refunds are issued only after eligibility requirements have been verified.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return and refund request has been approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
